Robert "Bob" Gajewski Monday, September 29, 1958 - Monday, July 3, 2017

Robert “Bob” Gajewski, age 58, of North Tonawanda, suddenly, July 3, 2017. Bob was a manager at Livingston International. He was a Town of Wheatfield Constable, he served as a Lieutenant with the St. Johnsburg Fire Co. and was an Emergency Medical Technician. He was an instructor for the Peace Officers Training Academy and was a past Chief and life member of the Wales Center Fire Co. Beloved husband of Jane (Meissner) Gajewski. Proud father of Kristina (Christopher) Roggen, Nicole (Christopher Fanning) Page, Virginia (Billy) Malloy, Amanda (James) Hewlett, and Tanya (Ian Seppala) Cullen. Grandfather of 5 grandchildren; brother of Sharon (Claude) Lemley and Karen Gajewski; uncle of several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc. 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda on Thursday from 6-9 P.M. and Friday from 2-4 & 6-9 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:30 A.M. from the Church of the Nativity U.C.C., 1530 Colvin Blvd., Town of Tonawanda. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the St. Johnsburg Fire Co., 7165 Ward Rd., North Tonawanda, NY 14120. Guest register available at

I have so many fun memories with Bob, he was a mentor at work and an all around great guy. My sincere condolences to the family and pray for strength for you during this difficult time, 

I have many great memories of Bob from when my parents owned Bohall's Restaurant & Lounge. Bob was always the nice, quiet guy at the bar  who just smiled. My mom would tell me "hey he seems like a nice guy". I said he is. RIP Bob the world will miss you!

I have personally worked with Bob for over 20 years back to our PBB days.  He was extremely knowledgeable on many different topics in our industry and active in many different ways within the community. Truly a family man and well rounded person.  On multiple of the major projects at Livingston that he worked on, I worked with him from a different perspective.  His wit and skills will be tremendously missed.
